Registered Clinic Participants Instructions These documents are only for non-Wyonegonic Staff participants. If you are attending a Wyonegonic Training Clinic and are a Wyonegonic Staff member, please visit our Staff Section for your information. Step 1: Download and print the following packet. 2008 Participants Training Clinic Packet Step 2: Download and read the letters from your instructors below for just the clinics that you are taking: Canoe Instructor I - June 7-10 Canoe Instructor II - June 12-15 Outdoor Living Skills Instructor Ropes Course Facilitator Training (High & Low) Water Safety Instructor (WSI/FIT) June 9-13 Waterfront Lifeguard I June 2-6 Waterfront Lifeguard II June 7-11 Waterfront Lifeguard III June 12-16 Health Form for Participants All participants are required to provide Wyonegonic Camps with a health form signed by a physician, within 24 months of the date of your clinic. A current health history must also be documented with your signature. A copy of your camp’s form will suffice. You can send a copy of your form to the camp office prior to your arrival. You will not be able to begin the clinic without producing a current health form! If you do not have a blank health form, click here to download one. If you have any questions specific to your course and its content, feel free to contact your instructor directly. Their contact information is included with their letters.
