2008 Fees and Registration

Deposit and Housing Fee

There is a housing fee per session in addition to the per person fees listed below.

A deposit equal to the housing fee per session is due with the registration process. Cancellations after April 15th will forfeit the per session housing fee. Cabin accommodations vary in size from 2-14 people. We make efforts to place families in appropriate sized cabins. Specific cabin requests cannot be guaranteed although consideration is given to returning families with a completed registration form and deposit on file prior to April 15th. Preference is also given to multi-session families and “special needs”. We encourage you to consider sharing a cabin with friends to reduce overall costs.

Attendee Fees

Fees are shown, per individual, per session. There is a reduced fee for Juniors (age 5-10) and Seniors (over 65). There is no charge for children  under age 5. No adjustments are made for people arriving late or departing early.

50% of the per person cost is due April 15th. The remaining 50% of the per person cost is due July 15th. There are no refunds for cancellations that occur after July 15, 2008. Any taxes, if applicable will be due at checkout.
