Tripping Program

Senior West Branch 053 (Small)Wyonegonic has an extensive out of camp tripping program in which all campers participate. Each camper spends an overnight at one of our wilderness campsites on Moose Pond with their cabin-group. They use this experience to practice their outdoor living skills by canoeing across the lake, sleeping in a tent, and cooking their meals over a fire.

Juniors on Doublehead (Small)At the beginning of each session, we offer many hiking and canoeing day trips where the campers prepare for longer trips. The trips are planned with a varying degree of difficulty so that each camper can choose their challenge. We offer hiking trips throughout the White Mountains of New Hampshire and southern Maine. The canoe trips are a combination of lake and river canoeing.
